Women's Yoga

This class begins with an open, supportive space for women to share, connect, and be heard, creating a sense of community before transitioning into movement.

We then practice a deeply soothing, evening yoga class, with the added benefit of setting you up for a night of restful, restorative sleep. This session blends the fluidity of slow Vinyasa Yoga with the calming stillness of Yin Yoga, helping you unwind from the demands of modern life and reconnect with your body and breath.

You'll move gently and mindfully, flowing with your breath through poses that ease tension, improve posture, and leave you feeling beautifully stretched and relaxed. Some poses are held a little longer, allowing you to slow down, deepen your breath, and access a profound state of rest and calm.

Led by Zoe, a teacher with 18 years of yoga practice and 9 years of teaching experience, this class is more than just yoga—it’s a holistic, nurturing experience. Zoe weaves her knowledge of holistic wellbeing, astrology, and women’s cyclical rhythms into her teaching, offering a space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other.

Perfect for all women (3 months+ postnatal) this class invites you to pause, breathe, share, and refill your cup.

The majority of the group are mum's and so the sharing circle tends to focus on motherhood.

Gentle Flow Yoga

A Therapeutic, Healing Practice

Start your practice with a reflective sharing circle, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect, share, and be supported in a nurturing environment. This circle provides a safe space to notice our inner states, set intentions, and cultivate a sense of community, creating the perfect foundation for the healing yoga practice that follows.

After the sharing circle, we move into a therapeutic Gentle Flow Yoga practice designed to soothe both body and mind. With slow, mindful movements and a focus on breath, this class is perfect for relieving tension, improving flexibility, and easing stress. The gentle, flowing sequences are accessible to all, providing a safe, supportive space to move at your own pace, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply looking for a restorative practice.

Gentle Flow Yoga is created with a focus on nervous system regulation, using slow, mindful movements to calm the body and ease the mind. Her trauma-informed teaching approach makes this class ideal for anyone living with stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. You’ll be guided through gentle, flowing sequences that promote relaxation, relieve tension, and encourage healing—all while being mindful of and improving the wellbeing of your physical body too.

Led by Zoe, an experienced and compassionate teacher, this class combines the physical benefits of yoga with the emotional support of community. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, connected, and restored—both inside and out.

This is your time to slow down, listen to your body, and find healing through movement and connection.

Come as you are - all are welcome!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

About me.png

Victoria Griffiths

I started attended Zoe’s pregnancy yoga in the spring and I’m so glad I found this class. It’s such a peaceful class, I really struggled with SPD but everything could be adapted so I never missed out. It was so good to meet other mums from the local area too and the check ins and group WhatsApp’s are so lovely.

Now little one is here we have nearly completed Zoe’s baby massage course and it has honestly been lovely. It’s just a wonderful relaxed hour with time to chat to other mums and whilst baby gets to enjoy a nice massage session I feel like I get even more from this session than her. I get to feel like my own person and it’s so nice to have met other mums and babies of the same age. I’m so excited that we have booked onto yoga for mums for when our baby massage course finishes.

I’d recommend any of Zoe’s classes to anyone! 100% worth it and so enjoyable.

It has truly changed my life for the better, attending the Worcester class on a Monday night to kick-start the week in such a peaceful, balanced, and beautiful way. Reflecting with the other ladies really starts the week in the best way and clears/balances the mind.

The gentle yoga, even once a week, has allowed me to stretch areas of my body more freely and with ease since 2 abdominal surgeries earlier this year. It allows me to test my limits safely whilst also maintaining a healthy posture/positions as well as observing the breath, which training yourself to do so has made a positive impact on me in that it lessens my anxiety, is a grounding technique for me now- it has become a habit and easier as time has passed, and calms my mind in general. T

he ladies who attend are all so so lovely, kind, compassionate and empathetic with their own stories sharing as much or as little as they like; truly a calm and happy start to the week- even if somebody isn't feeling great, we lift each other up all because of Zoe bringing us together in Yoga practice. I finally found my yoga teacher/circle/practice after searching for many years. Highly recommend 👌 X
