Women’s Seasonal Retreats

Flowing through Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, these retreats invite you to align with the natural world and the shifting energies of each season. From the fresh beginnings of spring to the deep rest of winter, every retreat blends movement, breath connection, meditation, and self-care rituals to support your well-being. A nurturing space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and a community of like-minded women.

Pregnancy Retreats

A dedicated space for expectant mothers to rest, prepare, and embrace the transformative journey of pregnancy. These retreats blend Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing, and relaxation techniques to support your body and mind, helping you feel confident and empowered as you prepare for birth. Gentle movement, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation are complemented by yoga ball exercises, easing tension and enhancing comfort. This is a calm and nurturing experience, designed to deepen your connection with yourself, your baby, and a supportive community of mothers-to-be.

Mums’ Yoga Retreats

For new mums seeking restoration and deep rest, these retreats offer a chance to replenish energy, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, welcoming space. Postnatal Yoga supports recovery and strengthens the body, while guided breathwork and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) provide profound relaxation. Whether you’re in the early weeks of motherhood or navigating the ever-changing journey of parenting, this retreat is a sacred pause to fill your own cup, rest deeply, and return home feeling recharged.

Toddler Yoga Easter Party
