Zoe's Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness Classes blend fun, movement, and calm to create a unique experience that supports children's well-being from head to toe! Through imaginative storytelling, creative body movements, and calming sensory activities, children will learn how to tune into their bodies, regulate their energy, and manage big emotions—all while having a fantastic time.

What to Expect:

🌟 Energizing & Calming Activities
Each of the classes balance energising exercises with calming moments, helping children experience and understand how to move between active and restful states. Through playful poses and breathing techniques, they’ll learn tools to keep calm and focused, both in class and beyond.

🌊 Sensory Exploration
Using props like scarves, ocean drums, and wind chimes, kids are invited to explore yoga in a multisensory way. These elements not only make the experience more engaging but help children develop a sense of peace and relaxation.

🎶 Mindfulness & Self-Discovery
Classes include moments of self-reflection, guiding children to notice how their body and mind feel, recognize emotions, and learn how to use their breath as a tool for relaxation. We also have conversations on how these skills can help in their everyday lives—whether they’re feeling excited, upset, or nervous.
